I am a fully qualified and accredited therapist operating within both the UKCP and the BACP ethical frameworks.

I am in regular supervision with fully qualified supervisors who also work within the BACP and UKCP ethical frameworks.

I have worked as a therapist since October 2020 and am always developing in my professional capacity; regularly engaging in CPD and further training. 

​

I have lived and worked abroad in Kenya and here in the UK as an English and Drama teacher, equine coach, and most recently as a therapist. I am a mother of three teenage children, and the somewhat frazzled owner of three dogs, (two springers and a great dane). 

​

I love my friends, my family, being outside as much as possible, adventure and getting in the saddle whenever I can - though this is not as much as I used to - I still feel part of me is still on a horse somewhere.
