Costs and Contracting

Adults

I charge £60 per session, but my fees are regularly reviewed and may go up in 2026

There is a contract that we discuss and sign together which we can look at together in our first session.

After an initial half price assessment session, I offer a minimum of 6 sessions as a block of work. We review the length of our work together every 6 weeks. Most clients end up working with me for between 12 - 60 weeks.

 

Children and young people (up to 18)

I charge £50 per session, but my fees are regularly reviewed and may go up in September 2025

There is a contract that I discuss with the parents or carers of the young client and a more informal agreement that I discuss with the young client themselves.

After an initial consultation, I offer a minimum of 6 sessions as a block of work. This can then be reviewed on an ongoing basis with the young person and the parent or career.
